We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount You paid through the Service, or 100 USD if no purchase was made.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
PortfolioIndependent may send SMS messages including account notifications, order updates, and marketing messages such as updates and promotions.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you give prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) to receive automated and/or prerecorded messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 per month.

Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
YOU AND PORTFOLIOINDEPENDENT AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION.
Either party may seek equitable relief in Ohio courts.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing Juanita.Jimenez@portfolioindependent.com.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
